On March 15, 2014, the District 66 Executive Committee conducted essential training for club officers, equipping them with strategies for success. The session focused on advancing club goals, understanding the role of District officials, and utilizing knowledge and wisdom to enhance club functionality. Topics included contest logistics, ambassador roles, and upcoming important dates. Emphasis was placed on collaborative support through leadership councils and how to seek coaching from experienced Toastmasters. This training is critical for achieving the Distinguished Club Program standards.
