  1. A power transformer is widely used machinery. It is a static machine which is generally used in transforming power from one circuit to another. It is often used because it makes sure that in such transformation there occurs no change of frequency. Transformers are devices which are used between generator and distribution circuits or in all such cases where there is a transition between voltage levels. With this a transformer also helps minimizing the loss of power even when it is at very high voltages and this is because of the resistance, it provides. The application of transformer makes it widely used and when you wish to buy one or wish to get easy repair service for existing transformer, you can trust Transformer sales and repairs in Kuwait, Pipe cutting machine in Kuwait.

  2. There exist different types of transformers and all of them are beneficial. Each has its own application and its purpose. Some of the transformers that are most widely used can be as follows: 1.Autotransformers– These are smaller, lighter and cheaper transformers. These are standard dual-winding transformers which are often referred as autotransformers. They do not provide electrical isolation. These transformers can step up or down the voltages ranges and has equivalent power rating lower than the actual load. 2.Polyphase transformers - Power distribution systems has three-phase transformers. They can step up or down voltages. Single-phase transformers are stronger as they can be joined together in order to transform power between two three-phase systems. 3.Leakage transformers – Leakage transformers are also known as stray-field transformers. These transformers have a higher leakage inductance that is better than other transformers. It can significantly be increased by a magnetic bypass or shunt.

  3. 4.Resonant transformers - Resonant transformer has one winding with a capacitor. It thus acts as a tank/tuned circuit. These transformers are driven by pulse or square wave. These are the transformers that can utilize the leakage inductance of the secondary winding which when combined with external capacitors can help form one or more resonant circuits. Transformers are useful and just like transformers; generators are also an essential device used in various industries. The application of generator is also extended to residential use. They can meet need of electricity when power sources are not available. In case, when you wish to buy generator for your need, you may get it from Generator suppliers in Kuwait, Fire fighting systems in Kuwait. Read also:- Different Types of Welding Rods
