  13. SQA : Plant Operations External Verification. High Level Overview. I have been an External Verifier for 9 years, 7 as Senior Verifier. At the start there were issues raised with centres by the team. In the 9 years we have only had 2 holds on certification . In the last 2 years we have had none and no major issues. Why?
