#Free my #mind.<br>When I was growing up I had no idea what to do when I had:<br>#Anger<br>#Guilt<br>#Jealousy <br>#Fear <br><br>I ended up doing three things:<br><br>#blame<br>#distract <br>#procrastinate <br><br>All we want in life is to be #happy simply but this was not helping me at all.<br><br>I was worn out everyway.<br><br>Then the turn around started.

When I was growing up I had no idea what to do when I had: #Anger #Guilt #Jealousy #Fear I ended up doing three things: #blame #distract #procrastinate All we want in life is to be #happy simply but this was not helping me at all. I was worn out everyway. Then the turn around started.

  4. I started learning about #life during my time at the monastery, it changed me inside out. Every #emotion has a story. Every #story comes from an idea. What is that #idea that is driving us everyday. Simple practices of awareness brought me and is bringing me freedom now and here. You can absolutely do it. #Life is awesome.
