Pre-Award Services • Dr. Carla Reichard (1.0 FTE) • Purpose • Provide support for the early stages of program and proposal development. • Services • Assist in proposal development and submission • Cayuse Management • Review and negotiate research-related grants and contracts • Preparing Budgets • Registering for GRC, COS and SpinPlus

Post-Award Management • Debbie Gibson • Purpose • Provides financial and accounting infrastructure for awarded sponsored projects. • Services • Oversee financial management of grants and contracts • Receive awards and establish accounts • Ensure compliance with expenditure regulations • ECRT (Time and Effort)

Technology Commercialization • Brandon Reynolds • Purpose • Encourages and supports UT Tyler inventors in moving viable inventions from the lab to the market. • Services • Protection of Intellectual Property • Facilitate the creation of spin-offs • Assist with licensing • Marketing to industry and investors
