Icebreaker Individual Interviews (5 mins) Each delegate interviews his or her partner whilst ‘paired up’: Share your name, department or role in your HEI, length of service, …and one little known fact about yourself! Group Feedback (10 mins) Assemble into ‘two pairs’ as a new group and reconvene; each person introduces their interviewee to the other group members…
