  2. Background • Change CVP_UWFE and CVP_IBU values in table from 0.1-0.9 range • UWFE/IBU ratio = constant 0.73 • Scenarios: • Base: UWFE = 0.55; IBU = 0.75 • Alt 1: UWFE = 0.1; IBU = 0.14 • Alt 2 (50% base): UWFE = 0.3; IBU = 0.4 • Alt 3: UWFE = 0.66; IBU = 0.9
