  2. How to Register for Step I • Copy and paste this address into your browser: https://apps.nbme.org/ciw2/prod/jsp/login.jsp?snid= (Link is also on the Current Student page, Records section, USMLE Information) • Registration opens around September 12 (check the website above)

  3. Step I: Sign in & complete info

  4. Step II: Print out & complete form Completed when you print the form LEAVE BLANK – We sign & supply photo

  5. Bottom half of form Check one Sign & date DO NOT MAIL!

  6. Form to Records Office • Step III: Bring form to Sharon McChesney, VH 107P • Step IV: UASOM certifies & mails NOTE: Per USMLE, may take 4-5 weeks from receipt of form there before you can choose a date

  7. Select Time Period • Step V: Sign up for a time and date to take exam http://www.prometric.com/default.htm Most of you should select the three-month window of April, May, & June. (MSTP may prefer May, June, & July.) Deadline to take Step I is April 25 (subject to change)
