  4. First Name • Middle Name • Last Name BE CAREFUL – this is what will appear on your certificate • Enter Birthday • Username – school email Lastname.firstname@mail.fcboetwo.org • Password – Birthdaymmddyyyy (ex.02011979) • Confirm Password Account Setup

  5. Complete Security Question #1 • Complete Security Question #2 Make sure you choose answers you will remember! • Select -Next Account Setup

  6. Email – school email lastname.firstname@mail.fcboetwo.org • Confirm Email • Uncheck allow Certiport to contact you Personal Information

  7. Country – United States • Address Be Careful! – this is where they will mail your certificate • Select - Next Personal Information

  8. Status – Student • Select -Submit Profile

  11. Select -Use my Certiportprofile data • Check your information for accuracy • Click Microsoft Non-Disclosure Agreement Microsoft Registration
