  5. View menu  Master  Slide Master • Can change: • fonts • size • color • Bullets • Backgrounds • Can add: • graphics • buttons • etc. Use master fonts/styles.

  6. Use the Slide Layout that gives bullets • Can change bullets with Format  Bullets & Numbering Bulleted Lists

  7. Highlight what needs to be linked: • Photo • Text • buttons • Formatting Palette  Hyperlink • On Mouse Click  Slide … • Choose slide Create Links

Slide Show menu  Action Buttons  Custom • Draw a box on the slide. • Hyperlink To  Slide… • Choose a sound, if you want. • Button’s appearance can be changed: • Formatting Palette  Colors, Weights, and Fills • Fill  Color  Fill Effects: color, pattern, picture • For text on the button, just highlight the button and type. Create Buttons

  9. Format  Slide Background Create/Change backgrounds using colors, textures, and graphics.

  10. Transitions tab • Click Options on the left for more options • Speed • Delay • automatic Create transitions within and between slides.

  11. Sounds: Insert menu  Sound and Music • Clip Art/graphics: Insert menu  Picture • Folders for these items: • Your PhotoBooth photo: Your home folder  Pictures  Photo Booth • My bank of art: Macintosh HD  Users  Shared  Art • My bank of Movies: Macintosh HD  Users  Shared  Movies Clip art, Graphics and Movies

  12. Preview Sounds: • In Finder: View your window with columns • Go to the Sound you wish to hear. • Folder for sounds: Macintosh HD  Users  Shared  Sound • Click the sound to preview it. • Sounds: Insert menu  Sound and Music Sounds

  13. Custom Animation • On the Formatting Palette – 3rd icon on the top. • Add Effects • Entrance • Exit • Emphasis • Path – you just gotta try this!!! “Animation”
