Format of SlidesEach slide will provide a snapshot of the CIP database in sheet succession. Each slide will contain the purpose and action of each sheet. For example:Purpose: Clarify CIP ProcessAction: Review & Reference
Purpose: Overview & Alignment Action: Review & Reference Sheet 1: CIP Overview
Purpose: Clarify CIP Process Action: Review & Reference Sheet 2: CIP Process
Purpose: New 5-year Strategic Plan Action: Review, Reference, and Communicate Sheet 3: Strategic Plan
Purpose: Provide tips when working in Excel database Action: Review & Reference Sheet 4: Helpful Tips
Purpose: Campus Improvement Team (CIT) Overview Action: Identify school, CIT, contact information, meeting information Sheet 5: CITeam Tip: The Title/Relationship cells are drop-downs. Click on cell to expose. Note: This sheet populates to the CIP Summary sheet.
Purpose: AdvancED Overview Action: Complete school rating and type evidence for each standard by March, 2014. Sheet 6: AdvancED Tip: The School Rating cell is a drop-down menu. Click in cell to expose.
Purpose: School Quality Assurance Review reflection Action: Provide campus ratings for each identified standard by March, 2014. Sheet 7: SQAR
Purpose: Guaranteed and Viable Curriculum Overview Action: Review & Reference Sheet 8: GVC
Sheet 9: Mission & Priorities Purpose: Alignment of Vision & Mission to Key Strategic Priorities Action: Identify AZ Learns Profile Letter Grade, type Vision, Mission, & Identify Objectives and Rationales Tip: The Letter Grade cell and the Key Strategic Objective cells are drop-down menus. Click in cell to expose. Note: This sheet populates to the Priority sheets and the CIP Summary sheet.
Sheets 10-13: Priority 1,2,3,&4 Purpose: Alignment of Goals and Tracking Progress Action: Create goal, goal rationale, measures, strategies, and action steps. Track progress quarterly in the Action Plan & Monitoring sections. Tip: Cells Initiated, Cost, and Status are all drop-down menus. Click in cell to expose. Note: The Key Strategic Objective and Rationale have been populated from the Mission & Priority sheet.
Sheet 14: Opt. Priority 5 Purpose: Optional Priority Area identified Action: Optional. Identify a key strategic objective and goal area that a school may wish to focus on based on their data.
Sheet 15: CIP Summary Purpose: CIP Summary that summarizes the CIP to stakeholders. Action: Review, Reference, & Communicate Note: The CIP Summary sheet is populated from previous sheets within the database.
Sheet 16: AdvancED Summary Purpose: AdvancED Summary Action: Review, Reference, & Communicate Note: The AdvancED Summary is populated from previous sheets.
Sheet 17: Budget Summary Purpose: Budget Overview of Budgeted and Allocated Amounts Action: Review, Reference, and Communicate Tip: The Budget Summary is populated from the Priority sheets.
