Design Capability • Rubber Technical Center, Complete Testing Equipments • Design Engineers: 48, senior engineer 3, undergraduate 28 • Each year develop 2 kinds of new products • New Hose Assembly Design: 50 / mth on average • Sample development cycles : 7~45 Days • Products are developed according to APQP and customers’ special requirements. • Design with CATIA V5R17 etc., and capable of synchronous development with OEM. • Formula Designing and developing according to product specification and customer requirement. Outsource Mixing to HEXPOL (world specialist for mixing).
