This report highlights Kaunas, Lithuania, a city home to 360,000 residents and 11 universities, focusing on its ecological strategies, urban planning, and environmental policies. Key initiatives aim for a cleaner, greener city through effective waste management, enhanced green areas, and public awareness. With sustainable projects like the new sports arena and various EU-funded programs, Kaunas seeks to demonstrate how civic involvement can translate into real change.
