Established in 2004, the Consortium receives some funding from Capacitybuilders to support the modernisation of infrastructure in York and North Yorkshire. NYFVO is the lead and accountable body.

Mission To ensure that sustainable, effective and accessible infrastructure support is available to third sector organisations throughout York and North Yorkshire.
