Our mission is to provide high-quality learning and development opportunities through information, training, and support for staff, volunteers, and organizations. We help identify skills needs, offer workshops, and foster partnerships to disseminate effective practices. Who are we? Derbyshire Learning & Development Consortium was established in 2000 to support Voluntary and Community Sector organisations across Derbyshire to develop and deliver high quality learning and development opportunities for their staff, volunteers, clients and learners.
Objective DLDC provides information, training and support to members and the wider VCS in Derby and Derbyshire on learning & development policy, practice and quality assurance to enable them to engage fully with the learning & skills agenda.
