  6. Wednesday Wellness Breakfasts • The 2nd Wednesday of every month we meet at Ellwood Thompsons with members of the community to talk about different health and food related topics such as, Taking Time for Your Health

  7. Symmetry Classes • 12-week program educates you to sustain a healthy lifestyle through nutrition, exercise, and stress management • Constitutional type and how to eat for your type • Importance of nutrition timing and energy balance

Elimination Diet • Food allergies and intolerances can have major or minor effects on your life • Physically, Mentally, Emotionally • My favorite client Jim- VCU student who suffered from chronic fatigue and “depression” but really… Gluten Allergy! • Elimination Diet eliminates common problem foods for 14 days and reintroduces them back into your system. • My Assignment

Food Allergy Packet • When you discover you have a food allergy or intolerance it is hard to manage a “food-type” free lifestyle • Food Industry bombards us with so many preservatives, artificial flavorings, words we can understand. • Pack to help people detect food allergies and intolerance avoid foods and ingredients

Interactive Cookbook • Rebekah was having a problem with client’s adherence to her very “common sense plan” • Thinking of Cognitive Psychology and Design– I realized that recipes and cookbooks are not designed with the user in mind. • I created an interactive cookbook where you can take the simple recipes, arrange them into a weekly plan, and check of portion points.
