  3. Doodle Home Screen Three easy steps: Create Invite Confirm To begin click Schedule an Event

  4. Create Fill in the Title, Location, Description, Your Name, and Email fields Click Next

  5. Create (cont.) Click on the dates you would like to propose Click Next

  6. Create (cont.) Select times Click Next

  7. Create (cont.) Choose your settings Click Next

  8. Invite Choose to send the invitation from your own email application Or…

  9. Invite (cont.) Or… Choose to have Doodle send the invitation

  10. Confirm Once you create your “poll” you will receive an email from Doodle with a link to share it with others

  11. Confirm (cont.) And an email with your “Admin Access”

  12. Confirm (cont.) From the shared link, attendees will see a screen similar to below and will cast their votes

  13. Confirm (cont.) The Admin Access link will allow you to monitor your poll
