  1. Murder Mystery (a.k.a. Rush to Judgment?) A Team 5 Production by Sharon Dressel, Leonila Pena, & Ray Slapkunas

  2. Crime Scene evidence

  3. The Players Simon P. Ano Golda Digger Haff Note ImaBimbeaux Techno G. Eek Lyan D. Vios

  4. motives • Golda (Ano’s wife) was having an affair with Lyan D. Vios. • Golda was the sole beneficiary in Simon P. Ano’s will. • Haff Note did always seem to play “second fiddle” to Ano.

  5. Facts not in evidence(but worthy of consideration) • Beeping sound coming from area of decedent could have been alarm on Baclofen pump • Lack of attention to critical alarm could have resulted in massive organ system failure • Nurse Bimbeaux’s skills in doubt

  6. conclusion • Nobody killed Mr. Ano. He was simply a victim of negligence, as Ms. Bimbeaux did not have the skills to do the job to which she was assigned.
