  3. Workshops in Medicine The Need: • Health careers demand academic preparation The Opportunity: • Small group sessions on cardiovascular system, H1N1 influenza and the digestive system Lecture Lab Clinical Skills

  4. Photovoice Youth Action Research Project The Need: • Racial and economic inequalities in our society create health disparities in our communities The Opportunity: • Create storyboards to explore these disparities through photography and reflective writing
