  3. How do you plan prior to visiting your learner and employer? • Check learner review schedule • Check historic documentation • Communicate with colleagues • Confirm meeting with learner and employer

  4. How do you gather information? • Initial visit with learner alone • Initial visit with employer alone • Recording the information

  5. Tripartite discussions • Planned activities are agreed with the learner and employer • Recording of achievements • Recording of planned learning/targets • Review of previous targets
