  5. Upcoming Developments Coming Soon! The New Listing Input Wizard We will soon be releasing a new Listing Input Wizard that will streamline the listing process. This new system allows photo uploading and editing whilecreatinga listing. It will save your progress so you can always come back where you left off. Six simple steps make the new Listing Input Wizard a breeze to use! Step 1 - Enter Agent Information Step 2 - Input Property Information Step 3 - Upload and Edit Photos with resolutions up to 1024x768 Step 4 - Enter Open House Information Step 5 - Upload Listing Documents Step 6 - Verify and Publish NOTE: THE NEW MAX PHOTO RESOLUTION SIZE WILL BE UPGRADED TO 1024x768Screenshot of Step 3

  7. New Sold Data Policy We will soon be allowing sales prices to be completely non-disclosed. The fee for this service is $500.00 per listing and the appropriate form needs to be signed by the buyer, seller, and both brokers. We are currently developing this form, and it will be completed in April. Once the form has been signed and the fee paid, the system will display “non-disclosed” in the sold price of that listing. For the time being, while system changes are being programmed, the MLS will remove the listing from the database to allow non-disclosure. NOTE: If a subscriber is caught withdrawing or expiring a listing that was in factsold, the fine will be increasing to $1,500.00 per incident.

  8. Tech Tip: Password Security • It is extremely important that usernames and passwords are not shared. Sharing this information can result in unapproved persons obtaining and then sending out spam or worse. • Sharing is against our Policies and Procedures, and a hefty fine will be issued if these policies are violated. • If your assistant needs access to your account, you can obtain a separate username and password and avoid a fine by calling Member Services at 801-676-5400. • We will NEVER ask for your username and password in an email. If you see an email that asks for that information, even if it looks like it may be from us, do not answer it.

  12. Listing Syndication Luncheon SAVE THE DATE! The date for our next Broker Listing Syndication Event will be July 31sthere at the REALTOR® Campus at 12PM in the auditorium. Like our previous event, lunch will be served and the presentation will be webcasted.
