  2. What is WebEx™? WebEx™ is an interactive software that lets you connect with anyone, anywhere, in real time. It combines desktop sharing through a web browser with phone conferencing and video, so everyone sees the same thing.

  3. Why WebEx™? With Web Ex™ we can increase communications while reducing our expenses, enabling us to reach out to rural areas that we normally cannot visit due to travel costs.

  4. Requirements • Email address (for invitation) • A computer or wireless device with internet connection • Phone or computer headset with microphone • Webcam (optional)

  5. Benefits of WebEx™ • Live interactive meetings or counseling(group or individual) • Webinars • Web-based training that can be accessed any time • Interactive training (groups or individual) • Remote support • Worldwide access

  7. WebEx™ Use to Date As of today we have utilized WebEx™ for: • In-house training • Small group presentations • Individual appointments

  8. Goals – Efficiency and Education • Cost-effectively increase outreach to members (one-on-one counseling and presentations to remote and urban areas) • Improve and expand employer training (e-reporting, verifications, claims)
