Complete online registration on the Athletic Department webpage and ensure you have your insurance, concussion/heat forms, and physical submitted to Mrs. Elizabeth Bennett by the deadline. Practices occur daily until 4:30 PM, focusing on 2-mile races. Dress for the weather and stay hydrated—drink water during the day and Powerade post-practice. Remember, as student-athletes, academics come first. Respect and dignified behavior are key to representing our team and school honorably.

Cross Country Practice will be every day until 4:30. • WE WILL BE TRAINING FOR 2 MILES RACES. • Dress for the weather. It is HOT!!! Wear light weight, light colored clothes. • Drink water during the day before practice and Powerade after practice. • You need to wear running shoes. • Don’t wait to start training.
Expectations Academic RHMS cross country runners are expected to make academics their top priority You are “student-athletes” Behavior If you’re going to represent this team & school, you must represent yourself with honor & dignity. This means treating everyone you encounter with respect & courtesy.
