  5. Eligibility Requirements Concussion/Heat Form & Physical Form

  6. Eligibility Requirements All forms must be submitted to AP/AD Mrs. Elizabeth Bennett BY: January 10th, 2014 **Get this stuff in as soon as possible** DON’T WAIT!!!!!!!

  7. Baseball Tryouts Tryout Dates: January 27th – 31st After school until 5:30 • Bring the equipment you need to tryouts (clothes, glove, bats, catchers gear, and helmets) • Have a change of shoes for batting cage. • Begin throwing, hitting and running now. • Tryouts will not be cancelled because of rain. • All equipment during tryouts will be stored in the football locker room.

  8. Expectations Academic RHMS Baseball Players are expected to make academics their top priority You are “student-athletes” Behavior We don’t want any trouble-makers or attention hogs. If you’re going to represent this team & school, you must represent yourself with honor & dignity. This means treating everyone you encounter with respect & courtesy Comment Remember Feb 14th, 17th, and March 14th, 17th we will practice. Spring Break may be a practice week.

  9. Conditioning We are looking to start a conditioning program in the month of January. • Start the week of January 6 until tryouts. • All paperwork must be turned in to start conditioning. • It is not mandatory/ and it is not a part of tryouts. • May be twice a week. • More information to follow in our December meeting. • We will have a meeting on December 18th to talk about Conditioning format.
