  2. INTRODUCCIÓN La Ley General del Instituto Nacional para la Evaluación de la Educación, fue publicada el 11 de septiembre de 2013, forman parte de la legislación secundaria que regula la modificación a los artículos 3° y 73° Constitucionales, publicadas el 26 de febrero de 2013.

  3. INTRODUCCIÓN Desde su creación en 2002, el Instituto como organismo descentralizado de la SEP y luego como órgano desectorizado, mostró independencia técnica y solidez en sus evaluaciones

  4. INTRODUCCIÓN Ahora los poderes ejecutivo y legislativo otorgan al Instituto la máxima responsabilidad de conducir la evaluación del Sistema Educativo Nacional y sus procesos.

  5. INTRODUCCIÓN La Ley del INEE concede a este instituto la figura de órgano público con autonomía constitucional.
