Learning intention & success criteria Learning Intention We are learning to identify and understand various team dynamics within our schools that are crucial to developing sustainable learning practices for our staff. Success Criteria We can begin: • To develop a core team of teachers that will be the foundation for increasing Math Teaching Knowledge in our staff. • To formulate a plan to continue increasing the Math Teaching Knowledge in our staff.

  4. Explore: Discussion Time… Table Discussions: Please discuss the statements or questions on the handout for 3-5 minutes each. Please allow all table members opportunities to share. (All tables should have 1-2 ACMs in the classes- please move if needed.)

Apply Personal Reflection/Plan As you think about the discussions around the learning and development of the Teacher Teams at your school, what next steps need to be done in order for your school’s team to develop? What structures would have to be in place to ensure a collaborative Teacher Team?
