Type when you have access to a computer; otherwise, write in very clear cursive. • After your sign-off, leave 4 BLANK LINES before you type your name, so you’ll have room to sign your name in cursive ABOVE your typed name. Always type your name in case the • receiver can’t read your handwriting.
