June Grants.gov SubmissionsThe OSP Response • Technical Grants.gov submission problems with recent applications • Grant.gov bug required multiple submissions for success • Grant Runner bug submitted applications automatically multiple times • OSP kept departments in the loop • OSP ensured all applications reached their sponsors • ORIS worked hard to address GR technical issues • GIM 19 allowed the necessary time to submit successfully before the deadline

The OSP Experience • Normal Grants.gov submit takes 3-5 min • Early June it took 45-60 minutes/application • One application took 18 tries to submit! • System Validation Errors require OSP to resubmit applications (~20 applications) • Please make sure all sponsor requirements are met • Page length, document names, etc. • OSP worked with units to get documents updated and resubmitted
