In August 2010, Lindsey Wilson College initiated a study abroad recruitment campaign aimed at unfamiliar students seeking international experiences. A dedicated core team, including faculty and administration, focused on understanding student needs for financial aid and support. The recruiting efforts involved promoting the benefits of study abroad through informational meetings, print materials, and social media outreach. Engaging with prospective students to address their concerns, the campaign underscored the message that studying abroad is attainable and beneficial. The initiative successfully highlighted the want for international opportunities among students.
