Access – a crucial point Access conditions: • IMPACT will be running during the whole LS1, which means that each activity will be approved by the coordination team and the safety officers. • From T0 to end of warm-up: • Sec. 23, 45, 56, 78, 81: Restricted/closed mode w.r.t. powering tests • Sec. 12, 34 & 67: Closed mode from 300K to 80K • Till start of cool-down: General (underground = free)* • Cool-down: Closed from 300K to 80 K Restricted after 80K • Powering tests: Restricted / Closed according to the access matrix * Points 3 and 7 will be set in general mode, following RP green light MPE Review, November 22-23, 2012
