  18. Democracy is a form of government in which all people have an equal say in the decisions that affect their lives. Ideally, this includes equal (and more or less direct) participation in the proposal, development and passage of legislation into law. Lead by presidents and prime ministers. Examples of democracies: federal republics, direct, parliamentary. Democracy

  21. An autocracy is a form of government in which one person possesses unlimited power. • Auto=self rule • Countries that have this form of government: Belarus, Equatorial Guniea, Eritrea, Iran, Libya, Maldives, Togo, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, and Zimbabwe are run by autocrats. Autocracy

Currently, only 1 country (Egypt) has this type of government. Examples: Powerful news executives, newspapers, etc. Oligarchy
