Analysis of Student Participation in Introductory and Advanced WGS Courses: Survey Insights

This analysis details student participation in a 2.5-week introductory and an advanced WGS course. Out of 35 applications, 15 students withdrew due to time constraints. A total of 20 students were offered places in the introductory course, with 19 completing both questionnaires administered at the start and end of the course. The transition to the advanced course involved further surveys, with a focus on informed decision-making and educational impacts. Notably, personal WGS data was provided midway through the advanced course. Follow-ups included a 6-month survey and interviews.
