Developing a Business Plan for the Ross School Store Project

This project aims to establish a Ross School store to serve the Ross community. The main objectives are to assess market potential, locate a suitable retail space, and find reliable, low-cost vendors. Additionally, I will identify inventory management software and recruit staff and managers. Throughout this process, I've learned essential skills like business plan development, accounting, and the importance of persistence. While facing challenges such as communication delays and location scouting, I am committed to turning this vision into reality.
