  9. Portfolio Portfolio must be completed and approved at least two weeks before your presentation date. (Nov. 18) You will need a 1/2” binder with a clear cover and should be black or white. Pictures in your portfolio should be in color and not cut out and pasted on. Your research paper should be a “clean” copy and not have marks or grades on it. You may be able to find a copy on Turnitin.com Mentor Verification and Evaluation information is delivered to your mentor via email.
