  2. Our Programs • Holiday Camp 2016 Alpha’s Discovery Club is the place to be during the holidays. A balance of fun and interactive learning is the focus of Holiday Camp 2015. Our camp program combines social, educational and physical activities that encourage children to develop to their own potential in a fun and safe environment. The camp activities will include weekly themes, academic curriculum in language arts and mathematics and daily workshops in Drama, Sports, Science, Arts/Crafts and co-operative games.   3. Free Yoga for Kids Class – June 16 7 pm Join us on June 16th at 7:00 pm for a FREE Yoga class for kids. Yoga For Kids is coming to Alpha’s Discovery Club this summer in Mississauga. Enjoy a great stress-relieving activity with your child. Yoga exercise the mind, body and spirit. Yoga helps to develop body awareness, which can increase self esteem in children as their bodies change and grow. Yoga can also help children maintain flexibility as they grow. This is a fantastic activity that you can do with your child or your child can do it alone in a kids class. If you wanted to try out a Kids Yoga class, this is the perfect opportunity to see if you and your child will like it before you sign up! We are offering Yoga classes in July and August.
