  2. Preamble

  3. We are a democracy with loose but strict rules. We are to provide our nation with the best service, different views, and a tight-knitted community. We will protect our people and allow them to have certain rights, only if you are not a threat or do not shun down on other beliefs.

  4. Article 1: Legislative Branch

  5. Section 1: Our government is a democracy. We will vote on who are the candidates. Next, they play “rock, paper, scissors” to decide who rules. The last five to stand are who runs our government. • Section 2: Most people are chosen to serve. With the knowledge of politics and government has to serve at least one year in one department for fair equality. You may serve multiple, the first year is volunteer. You have to be between the age of twenty-five and forty to serve, so you must go ahead and get in your one year as soon as possible. • Section 3: We have the power to print money to distribute fairly, we will not give that much, but it will be enough to get you by with life. Jobs will be paid equally to avoid higher-society people because everybody should be equal. We will issue licenses and take the measures necessary to make sure we have a healthy, unharmed nation. We will also have the power to hold you in captivity if we have proof that you have hurt anybody or that you have a contagious disease that can hurt others and bring our nation down.

  6. Article II: Executive Branch

  7. Section 1: We choose who will lead the government by playing rock paper scissors. Sometimes there may even be more than one person who will lead the government. We usually choose from the top five and let them rock, paper, scissors it out to the final two. It may seem a bit childish but that’s just how we do it. This is a easy way to make decisions and not have arguments. Usually the top five get picked from the people who want to be voted in with the highest education level. • Section 2: The leader will be somewhat of powerless without having a vote with the citizens. Although they will be in full control of all military branches, he will need the clearance to make any major decisions. The only time he can make major decisions is when there is a terrorist attack and/or a major threat to public safety. Also the President cannot ride in convertibles. • Section 3: Our pledge will be, “I pledge to the Bertie Nation flag that I will be safe, willing, and free as long as I comply by the rules. No harm will come to me nor my family as long as I complete my duties in this society.”

  8. Article III: Judicial Branch

  9. Section 1: We will have a jurisdiction court system. With a twist there will be three jurors instead of nine. This way the process will be faster. Also, the judge will not sentence the suspect for time in jail or prison. There will be written sentencing terms for serious cases. Also it will be illegal for a suspect to spend time under a controlled facility without going to court. • Section 2: In our nation if someone is accused of a crime they will be innocent until proven guilty. Every person is open to a fair trial and will pay the consequence if they are proven guilty this just depends on what the crime is, some are bigger than others, also it depends on the age of the person and what circumstances there may be. Some people may have jail time the sentence just depends on what the crime was. No person will ever be put on death row however they could spend life in jail with no time off. The reasoning for us not killing any person is because we believe that we have no right to take a life whether that person may have or not, so instead of us punishing a person by putting them on death row they spend life in jail with no visits or phone calls to or from anyone.

  10. Article IV: Ratification

  11. It becomes official by us enforcing the law. Whomever does not abide by our rules will be held in captivity. It will not be a harsh captivity, but instead a more gentle easy-going captive. We will make sure you abide by our laws and understand what you did wrong. Jessica L. Megill Tesa D. McDaniel Tykwon D. Leary
