  3. Cancellations & Changes Our policy relating to retreat bookings In order to keep our prices low we need to maintain maximum occupancy at all times. Unfortunately we are unable to fill places that are cancelled at the last minute, and this is why we recommend on our reservations form for all guests to take out cancellation insurance. For last minute changes we suggest finding a replacement person to avoid wasting your booking. Our Policy Payments are non-refundable. Changes more 7 days before incur $20 fee. Changes within 7 days incur $150 fee. No changes permitted within 48 hours. Name changes are free of charge. We recommend cancellation insurance. How to Make Changes Select the new available date from the reservations form Email us your old date and new date requested You will be sent a payment request for $20 or $150 On payment your booking will be transferred
