Sole proprietorship • My business will be a sole proprietorship because it will be a place mainly for high school students to work part time. • Disadvantages: I am responsible for the entire business, If something bad occurs I have to take responsibility, not as much free time • Advantages: I choose who I hire and let go, I get to make the rules and run the business as I choose, I have the opportunity to try out new ideas, I don’t have to worry about getting fired or laid off

  3. Location • My business will be located at Lake Shore Blvd. and Kings Highway N, 14617 right near Durand beach. This will be convenient for people enjoying the beach that would like ice cream within walking distance.

  4. About My Product • We will provide opportunity to choose whatever flavor/topping combination you like in our wide variety of flavors of ice cream. My business will be successful due to its strategic placement and the customization at the buyer’s disposal.

  7. Employee Terms • There will be 10 to 15 employees depending on the time of year and success of the business. These employees will be paid 8.20 an hour and the main people I will hire is high school students who need a summer job. No benefits Besides 75% off all ice cream products.
