Types of Yeast Rolls & loaves. Crescent Rolls. A crescent roll is made when you flatten the dough, cut it into triangles, and the roll it up. Cloverleaf Rolls. Cloverleaf rolls have the shape of a cloverleaf. The dough is cut into pieces, rolled into small balls, and baked in a muffin tin.

  2. Crescent Rolls • A crescent roll is made when you flatten the dough, cut it into triangles, and the roll it up.

  3. Cloverleaf Rolls • Cloverleaf rolls have the shape of a cloverleaf. • The dough is cut into pieces, rolled into small balls, and baked in a muffin tin.

  4. Brioche • Brioche is a highly enriched French pastry, whose high egg and butter content give it a rich and tender crumb. • It is baked in a special fluted pan

  5. Braided Bread • Probably the most difficult for beginners to make.

  6. Baguette • Long, thin loaf of French Bread that has a thin, crisp crust.

  7. French Loaf • Loaf of bread that has a crisp, thin crust

  8. Italian Bread (loaf) • Similar to French Bread except the bread is softer

  9. Starter Bread • Amish Friendship bread is an example of a starter bread. • It is made from a “starter” that consists of sugar, flour, milk & yeast. After 10 days, it is divided and given to friends
