The MSHP Mentoring Program, a collaboration between the U of MD Student Chapter of ASHP/MSHP and MSHP, aims to establish meaningful mentoring relationships between professional pharmacists and pharmacy students. This program provides students with valuable networking opportunities and career guidance, helping them explore the pharmacy profession beyond their curriculum. The initiative targets students through informal mentoring, with one to two students paired per mentor over a six-month period, and includes the flexibility to continue or remain inactive.
