  2. About Our Company American CV was founded in 2001 and has been growing exponentially since then. We are located in Ballston Spa, NY (about 20 miles north of Albany). Our facility is roughly 4000 sq-ft which includes a complete shop and warehouse. American CV owner, John, has been in the automotive drive axle business since 1992 working with rebuilders and suppliers in the US, Mexico, and Canada. Several years ago American CV entered the sportline industry who is offering new ATV axles, CV Joints, boot kits, CV Joint rebuild kits, and u-joints. We have acquired considerable knowledge through the years that we pass on to our customers through our technical support, which is offered for all our products. We strive to provide our customers with the highest quality products at the most reasonable prices.

ATV HEAVY DUTY BOOT KIT Our ATV CV boots are made of puncture resistant thermoplastic.  They are specifically designed to increase the protection of the CV joint.  Failure to the CV boot subjects the ATV CV joint to contaminants & premature failure. This will result in costly repairs of your ATV drive axle. Be sure to inspect your boots often to prevent avoidable repairs to your ATV drive axle. Purchase our banding tool to make the job easier.

ATV COMPLETE AXLE SET Set of fully assembled outboard and inboard CV Joints installed on a chromoly steel axle bar.  All CV Joint internal components are precision ground and assembled using high-temperature, high load bearing moly grease to insure maximum internal lubrication.  Neoprene boots provide superior protection against ozone, the leading cause of boot failure.  Axles are manufactured to insure exceptional off-road durability.

HEAVY DUTY OUTBOARD CV JOINT This heavy duty ATV CV Joint has stronger internal components than the OEM part.  It is manufactured with the proper spline count to fit onto your OEM axle bar.  It comes with a thermoplastic boot so when attached to your axle bar, it is protected with the highest quality boot available.  All outer CV Joints are also supplied with the retaining clip. Outboard refers to the joint closest to the wheel.

  11. ATV CV JOINT REBUILD KIT This high quality rebuild kit is made in the USA and works well when the internal components of the CV Joint have broken, but the CV cup/housing is still in good shape. This kit rebuilds the OEM CV Joint and brings it back to new. The kit comes with instructions to make the job easier.
