  17. The professional certificate in sales advice means a lot to me as I feel it is a great recognition for the hard work and training that we completed. The training and relevant exams were tough but the certificate is a great reward and it makes me very proud of myself and my team mates. It is also a fantastic achievement for the company to have a training programme recognised by an institute of technology and will be great to have on our cv’s for potential job opportunities within the company in the future What the accreditation means to the employees This certificate for me means that you’re never too old to learn new skills and achieve new accomplishments in life and in your career …………………... The Certificate is a fantastic reward for the weeks training coming into the company – gives great motivation as you get in the door as it is something recognised outside of work.
