Join us for an engaging talk by Dr. Edmund Spencer, Assistant Professor of Electrical Engineering at Utah State University. He will discuss "The Dynamics of Geomagnetic Storms and Substorms," focusing on the interactions between the solar wind, magnetosphere, and ionosphere.
