Users are experiencing functionality issues with the relevant search feature in the Self-Service Portal. When entering text in the Request Support menu, search results do not display correctly, particularly for Japanese words. Relevant articles, user questions, and catalog items do not appear promptly after text input. Although users can access certain menus like “Help Friends,” IT articles and user questions remain inaccessible. This problem persists despite having registered articles and questions that match user requests.
