  2. Cover letter We have done many different projects this year that I have enjoyed. My favorite was the Periodic Table of Elements project. For this project we had to organize any objects we wanted. I chose Vera Bradley Prints. I enjoyed this project because I got to choose a topic/object that I liked. Even though I did not score well on this project, I still enjoyed it. One of the things in science I do not enjoy are the 60-second sciences. Everyday we start class with a podcast or video about random topics and discuss it. Sometimes this even lasts the entire class period. Even though I learn a lot from these, I do not enjoy them because they are usually never topics I enjoy. For example, one time we learned about feces implants.

  3. On a scale of 1-5 (5 being the best) rate yourself on your ability to complete all the assignments for class . Why? I would give myself a 4. I think this because although I complete all assignments, sometimes they may not be to the best of my ability. Other reasons are they may be late or not the entire project is turned in on time.

  4. On a scale of 1-5 (5 being the best) rate yourself on your class time effort & positive contributions to class discussion. Why? • I would give myself a 3 on this. I would say this because I am always on task and working on whatever needs to get done during class. Although I am listening, I sometimes do not contribute a whole lot in the class discussions.

  5. On a scale of 1-5 (5 being the best) rate yourself on your ability to work with others in class. • I would give myself a 5 on this. I would do this because I always have a good attitude towards my other classmates.

  6. Describe items you want to improve on next quarter/year. Why? • Next quarter and next year at Groves I would like to work on my class participation. As I mentioned earlier, I do not always contribute to the class discussions. I would like to work on this because I think it will help me a lot in High School.

  7. Describe what went well in this school year. Why? • This year I have been doing really good on studying for tests/quizzes. Also, I have been turning in ALL of my homework on time and usually completing it to the best of my ability.
