  2. What is the Payee Program? Nexus Payee Program is like a bank……. But better! Your money is YOURS

  3. What is our Role? • You give Pays your bills Weekly allowance from your $$ Saves $$ for you Nexus will send you a budget report each month.

  4. Why is this good? • Your $$ is SAFE • The service is FREE • NO MORE dealing with collection agencies • NO MORE late fees • Know that $$ will be coming EVERY WEEK • Direct communication in ASL or preferred language • Save funds for vacations or big purchases

  5. With the Payee Program… • You can take control of your money and your life!

  6. Questions???? • Will steal my money? • NO! • All of your money stays in YOUR account or is used for YOUR needs. You stay in control.

  7. Questions???? • What if I need extra money because my car broke down or it’s my child’s birthday? • You can talk to your Client Advocate and let them know what’s going on. You will work together to make sure everything is taken care of.

  8. Questions???? • What if I don’t want to be in the Payee Program anymore? • You can quit the Payee Program anytime. You decide what you want to do. The Client Advocates are happy to help you develop a plan if you would like.
