  3. 1st Time No-cost extensions: • Authorized Representative (AR) Signature required • Must notify CSREES in writing when no-cost is approved by AR. • Must be done before expiration date • Expenditures after the expiration date are unallowable Slide 2/17 updated August 24, 2007

  4. Approvals Required! • 2nd No-cost Extensions • Pre-Award Costs more than 90 days • Any change in the scope of work • Change in key people • Subcontracts over 50% of the award, or to a Federal Agency Slide 2/17 updated August 24, 2007
