2. В Беларуси процесс приватизации был приостановлен в середине 90-х годов. Экономика с тех пор не реформировалась. Во всех сферах экономики преобладает государственная форма собственности (около 85%). Экономика регулируется преимущественно административными мерами. Земля является собственностью государства, юридические лица имеют право на пользование (временное и постоянное) и аренду. Иностранным юридическим лицам земля предоставляется только в аренду. В 2007 года руководство страны заявило о намерении в короткие сроки создать в стране максимально привлекательный инвестиционный и деловой климат с целью привлечения частных, в том числе иностранных инвестиций в реформирование экономики страны. In Belarus the process of privatization was stopped in the middle of 90s. Ever since the economy has not been developing. State form of property predominates in all spheres of economy (about 85%). Economy is mainly regulated by administrative measures. Land is a state property and legal entities have a right to use (temporarily and permanently) and to lease it. Foreign legal entities may only lease land. 3. упрошен порядок государственной регистрации и ликвидации юридических лиц и предпринимателей; отмена «золотой акции», введение которой позволяло государству участвовать в управлении хозяйственными обществами; отменен «мораторий» на продажу акций акционерных обществ, созданных в процессе приватизации; the order of state registration and liquidation of legal entities and entrepreneurs is simplified; cancellation of “golden share”, introduction of which allowed the country to take part in the management of economic companies; “moratorium” for the sale of shares of joint-stock companies created in the process of privatization is cancelled; Mainlegislative modifications directed to the change of investment climate

5. рынок структурирован, между его участниками адвокатами и юристами-предпринимателями (далее юристами) четко разделены полномочия, определяемые Министерством юстиции. Министерство также регулирует вопросы доступа на рынок и порядка осуществления юридических услуг; для юристов, оказание юридических услуг с 1997 года является лицензируемым видом деятельности. Кроме этого, существует процедура персонального доступа юриста к частной практике. Юрист должен иметь 3 года практики по специальности, а также сдать аттестационный экзамен в Министерстве юстиции. 6. аттестованный юрист может осуществлять свою деятельность как индивидуально, зарегистрировавшись в качестве предпринимателя и получив лицензию на право оказания юридических услуг (сейчас таких юристов насчитывается 273) , так и коллегиально, создав юридическое лицо (зарегистрировано 132 юридических компаний). Разрешается сочетать индивидуальную деятельность с работой в юридической компании.
