What you can expect from me • A clear vision – President Distinguished District • Consistent focus on the critical success factors – emphasize on building new clubs • A positive environment – New ideas and discussion are encouraged. When an issue is presented, it will be addressed in a timely manner keeping the mission first. • Training • Support – Trio, PRM, AM/FM/LM, Division Governors, District Leader Mentors

What I expect from you • Build one New club – a club lead, a mentor, and a sponsor • Visit your club and submit the report on time (11/30 and 5/31) • Attend Training • Conduct Area Council Meeting • Why? – locate contest chair, discuss club leads, develop new leaders, follow up on their DCP • How? – Your choice – in person, conference call, email forum, etc. • Report any issues IMMEDIATEDLY • Attend DEC meeting 6-8PM, (Dinner served at 5:30) • Every 2nd Tuesday at Serra Mesa Library (Except Aug DEC is on 8/4) • 9005 Aero Dr, San Diego, CA 92123
