TERMS TO KNOW • SUBJECT PRONOUN - takes the place of a subject nounor nouns. The pronoun will take the same form of the verb as the noun/nouns it is replacing. • INFINITIVE - the form of a verb before it ischanged (conjugated) to agree with the subject noun or pronoun. The “to” form of the verb. (to be, to run, to study, etc.) • CONJUGATION - changing the infinitive so the verb agrees with the subject noun/pronoun.
REMEMBER • Subject pronouns are usually omitted in Spanish. You must imply the pronoun based on the form of the verb. • Each pronoun has its own form of each verb. This is the conjugation of the verb.
